JULY TASKS

Week of 7/8

  • Coordinate marketing teams for campaign implementation, setup initial conference call with Assembly

  • 7/10 - Develop production calendar / timeline and provide to Assembly by COB

Week of 7/15

  • 7/15 (or 7/16) - Schedule kickoff call with Food Lion, WSOC-TV & Assembly

  • Food Lion to provide all logos, taglines, style guides, b-roll and branding elements to WSOC-TV (goal due date of 7/19, but the earlier the better)

  • Food Lion to provide all talking points and statistics to WSOC-TV (goal due date of 7/19, but the earlier the better)

  • 7/19 - Food Lion will finalize Daily Two details with WSOC-TV: shoot time, location, Food Lion interview subject, talking points and any guidance for segment

Week of 7/22

  • 7/22 - WSOC-TV to provide 3x :30, 2x :15, 1x :10 scripts to Food Lion & Assembly

  • 7/24 - Food Lion & Assembly to provide script approval / or feedback for updates

  • 7/26 - Final approval on scripts from Food Lion and Assembly

  • Schedule Daily Two & :30 & :15 Commercials #1 at local shelter/food bank

  • WSOC-TV to work on digital window shade ad, custom article, drivers for custom article, targeted display

Week of 7/29

  • Shoot Daily Two & :30 Commercial #1 on location

  • Edit Daily Two and :30 & :15 Commercials #1

  • Schedule :30 & :15 Commercials #2 at local shelter/food bank

AUGUST TASKS

Week of 8/5

  • Shoot :30 & :15 Commercials #2

  • Edit :30 & :15 Commercials #2

  • Provide all digital elements to Food Lion and Assembly for approval (window shade ad, custom article, drivers for custom article, targeted display)

Week of 8/12

  • 2x :15 Social / pre-roll videos edited

  • All spots reviewed and approved

  • All digital elements reviewed and approved (window shade ad, custom article, drivers for custom article, targeted display)
